ATM consultants generally have undergraduate and graduate technical degrees combined with graduate business or law degrees. In addition to management consulting expertise and experience, most also have direct operating experience at senior management levels (e.g. Executive VP, Group VP, Senior VP). As a group, they have founded, worked for, or consulted with companies (ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in a wide variety of industries); universities; government agencies and non-profit organizations.
